I literally just left there 7-27-2022 6:35 am. I always order a number 5 with a large CARAMEL iced coffee. Every single time the damn iced coffee never has caramel in it or is never sweet. It is super annoying. Every day i stop here and hope it is different and it is not! MacDonalds you are messing up i suggest you bring back the happiness and expectancy back to MacDonalds.

Gave our order to the car in front of us, had no idea what they were doing when trying to take our order again, sent us to parking lot to wait while they remade our meals... waited 15 minutes without our drinks, finally came out with our drinks (chocolate shake was melted, got diet instead of regular coke) and half our order (missing fries and sauce) kid acted like he was on cloud nine.... food was not worth the $22 for 2 meals, dried out burger with no ketchup or mustard, chicken was old and dried out and the fries should of been in the garbage not a bag.... better of going to a fancy restaurant for that price qt least you know the food will be worth it

First time in a month I visited this location. Ordered thru the app for take out. 2 orders of fries were extremely cold and double cheese sandwich was all cold. Only quarter pounder was close to warm. Will go to my usual location next time.

I have been only in the drive through in the mornings but I have never had a bad experience. I worked fast food and I know just how hard this kind of work is. The lady in the drive through is the nicest and cheerfull person..maybe in her 30's..very polite..she deserves a raise
