Ordered 3 large frostys, requested a drink carrier. Found out the carrier given does not hold the frostys as soon as the gas was pushed. Spilled everywhere and was difficult to drive home managing the frosties. Was dissatisfied the carrier did not perform so called the location, manager LIED and said the drive thru person passed the info on that the drink carrier would not work. Now even more upset and needing this fixed was told a return trip tonight,and only tonight, would net me 3 Junior frostys. This is a second lie. Write down my grievance in a book for me to come on my time and any manager could fix. Or did you not want a paper trail of this terrible customer service? I cant write on the Wendy's books but can on google. Will not return to Wendy's.

This location is either hit or miss. Today they were a hit. Line moved rather quickly, order was right, and they actually were smiling and at ease. Good visit.
