Look at the way the sun makes this tree glow. I have purchased the bookcases for my library and many other items from here. Heck, I have another delivery coming in on Friday. The majority of the staff are wonderful and extremely helpful and their prices are tough to beat. I bought an ottoman just for my dog here!

The instock selection for the floor models were all on the back order. They were able to help me select a set that they had in stock online and it was delivered within 2 days. The staff was friendly

Great selection, we had no expectations when we went in as shopping for furniture is incredibly stressful and overpriced in my mind. But we found the perfect couch for the perfect price. Top notch customer service too and reasonably priced delivery. We got our couch delivered TWO days after visiting the showroom. That just doesn’t happen in these pandemic times.

Most of the time they only move it the first time. You can always ask, but if they do, expect there will be a fee.
From both what I've seen and been told, (have not experienced personally) you contact the store and they send a warranty repair team to either fix it or call it not fixable and okay a replacement. I believe it's within one year of purchase. I was advised by a sales person that the Ashley line was pretty weak compared to the Jackson line, in regard to rocking and reclining models. Either way, 3 months is way too short a period, regardless of brand. Good luck and please let us know how it turns out.

Yes ! They have a lot of variety, but getting it is a large pain in the a-- ! You pay for it in one place, take your receipt and I'D to another, where they get your cell phone number to text you where to pick it up ! It took about 30 minutes for them to get it ! It must be trucked from a warehouse or somewhere else for it to take so long ! It was 1 small end table !
