Bought a custom couch and the end piece didn't stay connected to the rest of the couch. They came and rigged it a couple of times to "fix" it. Last week the end piece flipped over with my daughter leaning back on it. Luckily, she was not hurt. This couch was very expensive for the quality. I will not be shopping here again. There are many less expensive options for the level of quality.

We bought a coffee and entry table set back in March. When we got everything situated where it goes we realized that one of the baskets is the wrong sized basket. We emailed and have called the salesman who happens to be the sales manager and he let us know he would take care of it. It's now the end of May and we have not received any information or solution to our problem.

So happy with my living room furniture delivered today. After a long delay due to a chair missing in transit, the owner offered a loaner chair that matched the sofa & ottoman and even helped pick out lamps & rug. Excellent customer service.
