Positives: atmosphere, decor, hostess and waitress were all wonderful. Negatives: honestly the food (both our dishes in the pictures) tasted like they were heated up in the microwave. Not fresh, pretty bland, and below average quality.

We pulled into the parking lot with very few cars. That should have been enough for us to turn around. When we arrived at 7 for our reservation only 4 tables were occupied. The fired mozzarella had no taste the Mac and cheese bites were nice. We both ordered the chicken parm. Food came out promptly. My chicken was nasty! It seems like it was sitting out uncovered and all the exegesis got dried out and hard. The taste was just awful. Our waitress finally returned to check in on us after I was just sitting there for about 10 min. I told her we needed the check and that the food was horrible she giggled and started to walk off when I told her I was serious by now I was very frustrated and not wanting to be rude we paid the check and left.

There wasn't a wait time and we went at dinner hour. The food was pretty good, they have a good variety, and the desserts are delicious!

This Italian restaurant is very good, their food is authentic too! The customer service is friendly. The wait was kind of long but they were short staffed. Otherwise it was great.
