Absolutely awesome!!! I'm new to Colorado and the Springs. I've been looking for a Fried Chicken Salad like I used to get in NC. I've tried several places but none suited my picky taste lol. My BF is a regular at this Chili's and suggested I try there. What I wanted wasn't exactly on the menu, but these guys made me the perfect salad!! The Lil chic working the take-out area is amazing!! Thank you guys so very much for your kindness and my perfect salad!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!!!!

This review is long overdue, but I wanted to share my experience while dining at this Chili's Grill & Bar in Colorado Springs. Our son is a cadet on the United States Air Force Academy and we were in town for Parent's Weekend in early September of 2021. We decided to grab dinner and Chili's Grill & Bar was nearby. After being seated, we waited several minutes before the server came waddling up to our table. He apologized for "running a few minute late" and then took our drink orders. After several more minutes, he came back to take our food order. However, our drinks still hadn't arrived. Several minutes later, a young woman (presumably a helper server) finally brought our son's bottled root beer, but not our fountain and ice tea drinks. When I inquired about our drinks, the young woman said, "We're out of drink glasses and are asking for people's patience until they're washed." (She could have volunteered this information without being asked.) She appeared visibly annoyed that I asked about the status of our drinks. The restaurant was less than half full and it seems pretty lame they'd run out of drink glasses. After another delay, our food arrived and was served by our "favorite" young female server. She begrudgingly placed each plate on the table without saying a word and she didn't respond when I said "thank you" or asked the standard, "Can I get you anything else?" Meanwhile, our main waddling server could be heard apologizing to the next table over for "running a few minute late." The only highlight of this experience was the food, which was good tasting and on-par with our previous Chili's dining experience. In summary, I cannot recommend this particular Chili's Grill & Bar location in Colorado Springs. That said, we have since eaten at our local Chili's Grill & Bar and had a good experience.

Fast service, great waiters. We were seated quickly during lunch. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was great, I just wish there were more fries on the side. Even so, it definitely was filling.

A pleasant evening spent with a good friend eating good food. We got the 2 for $25 which is a great deal! She got the crispers and I got the bacon burger. For apps we got the chips and salsa— highly recommend also getting the guacamole and side of ranch as these both pair great with the chips (for no up charge!). Lastly for dessert we got the skillet cookie which was a fantastic end to a great evening. Shout out to Kayla for making it extra great.
