Wonderful atmosphere, we came for our 2nd anniversary and we were not disappointed. Crystal was knowledgeable on the menu and drink selection, we will absolutely be coming back for the excellent elevated Cajun cuisine. Pictured are the gumbo fries, sherry shrimp scampi and truffle mac and cheese with blackened chicken.

I visited Springs Orleans for my boyfriend’s birthday and I must admit I did not expect the beautiful atmosphere once we stepped inside. Not only did Springs Orleans have the essence of New Orleans within the restaurant’s decor, but it was also very present in the choices on the menu. I have been to New Orleans myself, so it’s safe to say that my expectations were high. Although it was Crystal’s first day as waitress, she attended to our needs by making sure that our orders were done correctly, checking in on us while we ate, and of course always showing up with a smile. The food did not disappoint either. Our dinner composed of calamari and catfish bites for our appetizers, (which were surprisingly delicious), a Catfish Po Boy served with fries, Shrimp and Grits with a side of Spicy Hushpuppies. I have never had spice in any hushpuppies I’ve had, so I thought I would give them a try. Although they were good, I would personally stick with regular hush puppies going forward as it’s just my preference. Otherwise everything was phenomenal. We paired our meal with the Tru Blue and Raspberry Ginger Rickey cocktails. Both of these drinks complimented our dinner so well that we just had to get another one of each. By the end of our meal, we were very filled so we took some beignets to go. We tried one on our way home and although the presentation was great, they tasted a bit doughy. This became present when we tried to eat them the next day, (which is not the best idea) and they did not seem appealing anymore. My advice would be to cook them a little longer, but otherwise the presentation was on point. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for more food.

This restaurant is laid out so well, had amazing food & service, and was super clean and inviting. We all had mocktails and they were all amazing. For food, the Crawfish Éttouffée and Chicken & Andouille Gumbo were delicious. They were the perfect amount of spice and the ratio of rice was exactly right. We had a great time and really enjoyed our visit.
