Be prepared to be lied to constantly. Previous manager here refused to talk to me and other residents because we were men. Lied and told us the unit would be updated with new floors and cabinets, never was and refused to give us an explanation. Maintenance takes forever and they never advise of the issues or even respond. The gym and pool are supposed to be selling points yet for 2 years they were closed and we weren't compensated and still paid for things we couldn't use. And thinking $1,600 for an 800 sq ft unit in this area makes sense says all you need to know about them. Renters avoid they only care about individuals who purchase the units and everyone else is beneath them. Don't believe anything they say because all they care about is the money they take from you.
