Just signed a lease for my son to stay at UV next year. Willie Mae was extremely helpful with all the info she provided and questions she answered for us. Was very upfront with chances of getting the type of unit we wanted considering time of year. Easy process. Staff has been helpful on the phone with online issue. Very responsive. Look forward to moving him into unit in August and glad management is so responsive. Location is great and convenient to campus.

I just signed the lease for my daughter with University Village at Towson University. After experiencing technical difficulties on my end, Mrs. Willie Mae Duerson patiently and politely guided me through the process from start to finish for which I am so grateful and relieved. My daughter's application and lease are submitted, thanks to Mrs. Duerson. In addition, the lady with whom I spoke prior to transferring me to Mrs. Duerson, was just as accommodating and professional. We also drove through the community earlier this week and spoke with several current residents as they were walking outside. When asked, they commented that they were very happy living there and felt safe. The grounds were kept and litter-free. My daughter and her roommates are feeling quite welcomed at University Village and are looking forward to furthering their positive college experience as residents at University Village in Towson, Maryland.

Living at University village has been a great experience. I would recommend it to any Towson student. It is walking distance to campus and I have no complaints when leaving here.
