I've lived at the Quarters for four years and I love it. The Resident Service Manager Theresa C. is wonderful. She's helpful, prompt, and is dedicated. She responds to issues and inquiries with urgency. She has my vote for employee of the year.

Awful. Loud and rude neighbors. Staff is nice until you sign lease. Not luxury at all. False smoke alarms monthly if you like that annoying sound. Nothing gets fixed. Garbage in halls on carpet. Saw a motor cycle being hailed in to an apartment. Don't move here.

I used to live here years ago when mission rock had this place. I had been looking for a new place to rent but thankfully I just signed for my lovely apartment elsewhere. Reading these new reviews seem terrible and I hope you all find places that you love. The only complaint I had before then was that someone drew a big heart on my car when it was snow outside. Had no idea who it was but no big deal. With the car garage and gates, I couldn’t figure out who could have got inside, directed their way all the way to the top level to touch my vehicle in the first place. Unless it was a neighborhood watching me or some kids. No clue.

I personally have had no issues with updated management in the building. When I first arrived I did have a few issues, but Theresa Cason has addressed everyone of the issues as needed promptly with maintenance. I can understand the frustration with changes in business but I do appreciate what they have and are trying to do.
