Don’t call the pharmacy at 1:10 PM and expect to get an answer because they go on break at 1:30 PM. He will likely sit on hold for 20 minutes and then somebody will finally answer tell you they are going on lunch and that you have to call back then hang up. Like most CVS pharmacies this one is run like a three ring circus where I believe half the employees think they are on vacation and not in the business of customer service. I wish that Walgreens had better pharmacy hours because we would all be much better served going across the street.

I used to love this pharmacy. Now every other time I go, I'm told that they're out of my medication or if my medication is available and it's called in, I have to prompt them to fill it. It seems like they know that they're one of the only 24 hour pharmacies in the area so they have a lot of customers and don't value them as much.

Absolutely pathetic staff. Just think of every possible reason why and it’s what I could’ve listen here. Totally worthless people. Don’t try to call them either, they will leave you on hold after the machine for 30 minutes and just hang up. Unbelievable these people are actually employed. Good luck to them, they’re going absolutely nowhere.

Every time - EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here theres a problem. Usually I am told my prescription is ready but they dont have it or I have to wait an hour for it. But today I had to get my 1 year old sons prescription for his ear infection. They gave us POWDER. Didnt even bother to mix his medication. when i called they said they are short staffed. This is absolutely ridiculous. How are they short staffed every single day.
