First of all, I want to say that I love my CX5 PP and getting it from Heritage Mazda Towson made the experience of buying a new ride stress free. The staff are all nice and polite. STEF was so fun to work with. We can really tell that he is very passionate about his job. He is well versed with the operations of the car and even helped me set up my mazda app. OMID (gen manager) was very professional with us in the way he handled all of our questions and requests. CRAIG from the finance department was also very patient in helping us find the right financing option to best suit our budget. Overall, our experience at Heritage Mazda Towson is great. I would not think twice about recommending them to my friends and family. Keep up the good work!
