I found this place via Google. I went there because it was the only one that was open later than the others. Seeing I was a first-time customer, I didn't know the process. It was like pulling teeth for someone to give me directions. How did I know you were vacuuming my car out first and I had to get out the car? Some places do it after the wash. I personally didn't like that there were so many women working there...maybe because I'm used to seeing guys at a carwash. They were the ones vacuuming, cleaning the inside of the car, and doing the windows. I gave three stars because they did a mediocre job on cleaning my windows. I had to rewipe the windows because there was link still left on the windows and streaks.

Over priced and you must behind the employees before you leave. I paid $47 for the highest quality service and still had to point out things that were not done. My SUV trunk is never vacuumed and the inside trunk window is never cleaned

What a rip off! They should either be ashamed or really proud that they can charge $33 to wash and vacuum a car. I feel like a fool! I came home and finished vacuuming everything they missed, including the entire back to the SUV, that wasn’t touched. Then I cleaned the console that looked untouched. If there were a way to get my money plus the tip back I would.

customer service very poor! very unsatisfied with carwash! I paid 26 dollars for an exterior wash. I did not receive the free pine airfreshner that came with this package. my car still had dirt spots on the fenders (all four) as well as dirt smudges on the rear of my car. I asked that they clean it after checking the first time they did it a second time and it was still filthy i spoke with the manager who was rude and responded that they had completed the service and that i needed to leave. I felt robbed and disrespected. I couldn't believe that i had chosen to use this carwash and in return treated in this way. I would strongly not recommend going to this carwash
