It's a little chaotic in there and I dont care for the lighting or the way the store is set up. It gets crowded and awkward in the checkout line. The experience isnt all that great, but the clothes are pretty cool, there are many different sizes, and the prices are good. Ya can't win 'em all, I guess...

very long line for dressing room, but store is well organized and the staff are SO kind! the girl with short black hair who was working at the register was very nice! great experience :)

They never have enough cashiers. They don’t have the register open upstairs. There was one cashier open in the whole store for a line of 8 people.

I was thinking that I gave 1 star or 5 stars. Because staffs are kind, nice, and helped, products are organized, and following trendy styles well, that's why I give 5 stars. But the reason why I was thinking about giving 1 star is from the H&M app. I've looked pants that I really wanted to buy; it was sold out, so I set up 'notify me' when it is restocked. Then, one week later, it popped up that it was restocked. I was so happy and checked to store availability because it was a few, and it can't be sold online; also, it was on sale. I visited to buy pants that I really wanted, and the app showed the store had them, but they didn't have them. I was so disappointed, and the app kept to show me the store still had them. That's why I visited 3 times more. I and the staff couldn't find them. The staff were very helpful and tried to find them together. I was very thankful but the app. In conclusion, if you cannot find clothes that you really want, then give up, because the app lies or is not updated often.
