Arrived late for my appointment due to traffic & was fortunate to still have my full Brazilian wax by Maria. It was my first time going here as well -going to a new person for such a vulnerable service. I was immediately put at ease by the sweet receptionist not to mention the lovely decor. Maria did a fantastic job! So professional! I will be a customer for life 🌻

UPDATE: Management quickly responded to me and asked that I contact them so I did. I was very impressed with the way they rectified the situation and will give them another chance with a different aesthetician next time. I’ve been getting waxed for almost 5 years at EWC. I wanted to find something on the westbank closer to home. So after finding this place on Google and checking out their website I had really high hopes. NO. I won’t be back. My waxer was Ashley and that was the most painful wax I’ve had ever. Every pull she would go to grab the wax but instead of just grabbing a small piece on the edge to get a good grip she’d continuously grab a big section that partially was pulling at the hair and then would rip it. It also didn’t help that the waxing was way too hot. Omg so painful. No powder was used so I felt the wax stick to me. No products applied at the end such as a serum. Oh and I can’t forget to mention that after she put her gloves on she then tied her braids back with her clean gloves on that she proceeded to use on me. I also didn’t like the set up. Just seemed very old school/unprofessional. Paper ticket at the end that you bring to the front that reminded me of a receipt book from the store, thin “paper” on the table that was almost invisible so I can’t imagine how much it protects. Overall not a good experience and would definitely not recommend it.

I have been a client of Bella Brazilian for many years. Raven used to provide wax services, after she left, Amanda became my aesthetician. And she is amazing. I had an appointment today with Ashley because Amanda was unavailable. Ashley was not a nice person, she was awkwardly silent and her energy was completely off. It appeared that she didn’t want to provide the service. Moreover, she did not remove all the hair. When I got home, I had to tweeze the remaining hair off. I will avoid her at all costs. I will return to Bella Brazilian because the other aestheticians I have dealt with were nice, and off the strength of them, I’ll give this business another chance. Update: I contacted customer service per the response from the business and no one has responded. They just gave a generic response with no intent to rectify the situation.

I found this place on a Google search and I was terrifiedto get a wax! I called to get more info and Andrea made me feel %100 better and gave tips and tricks to make this as smooth as possible. I saw jenee and I LOVE THE WAY SHE WAXED iv never been so smooth and she's Great with tweezing and getting out those pesky ingrowns!
