I recently toured this location with Evelyn, and to say she is amazing would be an understatement. I enjoyed the entire experience. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming. Evelyn gave me a top tier tour and was honest about the construction. She let me know upfront when the construction was scheduled to end. She showed me two different apartments. She also did a consultation with me before the actual tour, and spent time with me after the tour to further discuss my plans. Evelyn was extremely thorough by letting me know my options, providing the necessary paperwork, and informing me about discount programs. Also, the building itself has great amenities and was very clean. The only thing I felt a little uncomfortable about is the $1000 traditional deposit option versus the $175 non-refundable bond. I've never seen something like that before, and need to process my options a bit more to feel comfortable. If I'm able to move forward with this apartment, I hope Evelyn stays here during my entire time as a resident because she is a true gem! Thank you, Evelyn, for your world-class customer service and genuine passion for what you do. It definitely shines through.

My husband and I have lived at The Palisades for a year and a half. We came here out of convenience to his work and stayed because of our experience here. Our apartment is very nice and the complex is by far the cleanest apartment complex I’ve ever seen. Everyone who works here knows my name, what apartment I live in, and even my dogs name. The amenities are very nice, my favorite being the pool. While working from home with construction can be difficult at times, the complex has gone above and beyond to make accommodations and communicate updates. I would recommend The Palisades to anyone looking for an apartment. We feel so blessed to have found this place as our first home together.

I absolutely looove my apartment! I been in my apartment for almost a year now and I have NOT one regret! Even though the nosie level from the construction of the new garage can be a bit much at times I appreciate the monthly email updates on the progress and the continued thanks management gives as well. I see a lot complaints concerning the noise level but it doesn't bother me much at all and I work from home. Looking forward to enjoying many years here at the Palisades of Towson! .
