Wall is definitely too thin. I can hear the person upstairs pacing. He is apparently on the phone talking, I can't hear him but the stomping through the floor to my ceiling is very clear. At first I thought he was doing exercise at home, but confirmed that he was just walking while talking.

I’ve had the same obnoxious noise complaint for over 6 months. Two office team members have even witnessed the noise. Nothing has been done about it. They say they will get back to you, but lie and don’t. Walls are very very thin. I’ve lived in a more populated complex than this without this much noise. They went up $200 on my rent without even fixing the noise complaint. Office team does not do what they say they are going to do.

The rental office is for the most part, horrible. They say one thing and do another or nothing at all. They do not care about the residents (mainly the lady manager). Its no camera in the building halls, which I was told differently when moving in. The cameras in the garage do not work and the mirrors are limited, they barely help. They do not cover the pool durning winter and fall; the pool looks nasty! The doors are broken so anyone can enter when pleased. Packages go missing and more. The building is not secured at all and it makes it worse that you cant get in touch with property management.

All applicants over the age of 18 will be charged a $25 application fee and a one time holding fee of $250 (only one applicant has to pay this fee). Your three most recent paystubs or proof of verifiable income, along with good contact information for your employer and landlords from the last 3 years. We offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with various floorplans for you to choose from. Our 1-bedrooms range in square footage from 780-1040, our 2-bedrooms from 1,100-1,400, and our 3-bedrooms are 1,475 square feet.
Yes! We allow up to 2 dogs or cats, with certain dog breed restrictions. There is a one time pet fee of $150 and a refundable pet deposit of $150. The monthly pet rent is $25 per month per pet. For a full list of dog breed restrictions, please contact us.
We have a 24-hour fitness center, business center and conference room, a café bar, game room, theater room, outdoor grills, fire pit, heated salt water pool, sauna, and a 5th floor lounge with outside access.
