My move in date is 8/1, so I’ll give another update then, but as of now... I’m HAPPY ! Ms Kim completely sold me on the apartment before I even came in to view it. I came in to put in my app the same day after speaking with her. I am extremely picky it’s a few things that are MUST HAVES for me and Satyr Hill checked off every box. My needs are as follows : 1BR, 780+ sft, stainless steel appliances, new renovation, washer and dryer in unit, balcony, has to be 3rd floor, would have preferred hardwood floors within my budget ( but that’s ok), greatttt area that’s nice calm and clean, a pool that I’ll probably never use but still happy it’s there, a beautiful gym ( omg ! So clean and really really nice, right next to the pool so the aesthetics are amazing ! ) keyless entry, I can control everything from my cellphone including my heating system, picnic area, separate grilling area, gated dog park, Safeway ( my fav market ever !) right across the road in a shopping center, Long story short I recieved everything I wanted for a very affordable rent less than $1200! I went in today 4/2, to actually take a look at an apartment and Megan was just as great as Ms Kim. I can’t waitttt till I move in!

Access to the fitness center requires a fob to enter the facility. Current residents will be issued a fob and new residents will receive one with their move-in packet.
The fitness center is open from 5 am - 11 pm daily.
Security deposits start at $300, depending on your credit and rental history.
We welcome domestic pets in our community. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet, with up to two pets allowed per apartment. Combined weight for all pets must not exceed 100 lbs. A $300 pet fee for your 1st pet and a $150 fee for your 2nd pet will apply. Breed restrictions apply. Contact our leasing team for details.
