Be aware that this facility has some odd indoor units that are both less secure and seem warmer than they should for a climate-controlled facility. The security concern is due to the wood door vs a standard storage unit metal door. The temperature concern is based on the shape of the unit and positioning that seems to affect airflow. Immediately after moving my things in, my initial attempt at a resolution was met with "no." They did reach out the next week with a proposal that would have cost me $74 more/month, 50% more than the unit I thought I was getting. Once you move your things in you're stuck.

I recommend A-1 Storage on Geer Street in Durham, I was not sure about how the storage process worked but Michael there was very helpful, he explained the whole process to me and made my feel sure that I chose the right storage facility. Go see Michael or any other personnel there I'm sure you'll be please with their service. V-Duhamn

I've been doing business with this company, in one way or another, for 7 years, and they keep providing great customer service. Truly the moving and storage experts. 10/10 definitely recommend
