I went in today for 2 screen protectors for my phones and I was helped by the manager on duty. He was so friendly and even brought my attention to a deal going on that ended up getting me a free item. He took the time to put on my screen protectors for me and was beyond kind and helpful. They will have my return business!

I went into the store to get help and a lady came over and started helping me when a white lady walked over to the table and ask her a ? she didn’t acknowledge me nor did she say excuse me Courtney she just stop helping me and started helping her. I thought that was rude. So, I said you just going to stop helping me and start back help her. Ms. Courtney start raising her voice at me saying I was helping her first.so I left the store and went back to Sams where I first signed up for the phone. They tried helping me and they found out that T-Mobil had a block on my paid off phone. So, I left Sams and went to T- Mobil they said that AT&T has my # now, so I left there and came back to AT&T and the Manager help me Mr. Jenkins,11! I came back to the store short time later and got assistance from store manager!
