Melissa is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in Customer service. She refused at 6:30pm to exchange a phone that is unopened for another phone just because she was ready to leave. She blamed understaff but there were about 4-5 people there standing around pretty much. I would advise putting in someone who is willing to provide a good experience for your customers. Verizon customers don’t go to this store.(or atleast be aware of a full on attitude.)

Worst customer service EVER. I went in to buy a new iPhone. They changed my monthly phone plan after they quoted an incorrect price increase. When I asked them to change it back, somehow they could not. So now I pay $40 more per month AND I still have my old phone.

Greeter at door was a bit snippy, but was able through their phone system to get me to a very pleasant and knowledgeable individual that was able to help me. Parking can be a bit difficult close to store, but plenty of spots available in main lot. Hint: go to back of mall to exit. Unlike 1st exit, the 2nd, back exit has a light, which makes exiting much easier.

Where to begin... I walked in today (08/02) hoping to trade in my Iphone XR for the 800 trade in promotion that I thought was still going on. After 45 minutes (yes, 45 minutes) of waiting in the store while the guy helping me out (Grant) either stared deep into the abyss of his monitor or left me to go "look in the back" for 15 minutes, I was informed that this promotion was no longer available, and the best trade in value I could get is 415 dollars. I ended up not buying anything -- largely because Grant proved to be disengaged, uninterested, unhelpful, and unpleasant. How are you an employee at the store, and you don't know when a largely advertised promotion ends? To THAT end, how do you let a CUSTOMER sit there for 45 minutes on a workday before letting them know that. Grant needs to be held accountable for blatantly wasting 45 minutes of my time because he didn't know necessary information about his job, and for being unapologetic when I verbally confronted him about his lack of respect. I will not be returning to this verizon store because of his (lack of) service

Well I went the other day and they told us anything you want buy you have to go to the purchase it and then they will be to assist you. They didn't tell us if we could set an appointment or not. So I found a Verizon authorized dealer inside University Mall and you can actually go inside. It's located on the back side of the mall entrance by the bank.
I've always had great service there, never seen anyone be rude. They're actually very approachable and entertaining if you treat them like people.
