I have a new phone and want to transfer my old data, set up the phone for my Verizon account and buy screen coating and a case. Can I make an appointment and, if so, how do I do that? Thanks, Lisa Rhodes

Well I went the other day and they told us anything you want buy you have to go to the purchase it and then they will be to assist you. They didn't tell us if we could set an appointment or not. So I found a Verizon authorized dealer inside University Mall and you can actually go inside. It's located on the back side of the mall entrance by the bank.

Just add your Google account to the new phone should automatically add all information to your new phone
