I've always had great service there, never seen anyone be rude. They're actually very approachable and entertaining if you treat them like people.

Service is cool they are just about there business Verizon product and services bill payment if you have to.customer service is cool.

I have not had that problem. Ask for the manger if youre having problems. Mike usually helps me when i am there, he is very professional
