We got in and out of this Verizon store with a new phone in 30 minutes which must be some kind of record. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. The reason I'm giving less than 5 stars is because the salesman said several times there were no discounts available to us. But when we had to call Verizon (of course) for help activating the phone, that person was able to give us a significant discount.

Ordered a phone for pickup -- never got notification that it was ready, and then the order was canceled due to the pickup window ending. Verizon customer service had no answers and now I'm just ordering online -- recommending skipping the store step if you can.

I really enjoyed the Verizon store I went to the staff was wonderful the manager waited on me and I enjoyed walking in the door and she saying how can I help you I haven't got that from Verizon Henderson North Carolina but thanks for riding a Durham North Point Drive

Usually if you forget your pin there is an option to use the last 4 digits of the account holders SSN
I was with them for over 30 years. This year it got so bad I changed companies. Service truly sucks!
