Very unhappy with my smoothies we ordered 2 44oz smoothies one was thick an filled to the top and the other one had more liquid it wasn’t mixed thoroughly and was missing about 8oz and they refused to fix it. That was pour service.

Ordered online for curbside delivery because of covid concerns. When I got there, I called multiple times with no answer -- either the listed phone number is wrong, or they weren't picking up with no customers in the store. Finally opened the door to ask, and they said they don't do curbside (even though I selected that option when ordering).

My friend and I been at this Smoothie King for 45 minutes and I have yet to get the correct smoothie. We asked for 2, 40 ounce Pineapple Surfs. Without Dairy Whey and add Oat milk. I have received the smoothies with dairy, smoothies of the wrong size, and now I have two strawberry banana smoothies. We want a refund.
