I was hesitant to come based on the reviews but my experience was amazing. The check in staff were professional and so pleasant, the triage nurse was great and the PA who saw me was excellent as well. I made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes. Longest wait is for the medication prescribed at Walgreens.

If you're truly ill, wait for your primary care or find another provider. Went there because of a sore neck and throat. Was seen by an NP who tells me it's probably cancer or Covid. No strep test, no antibiotics provided, Covid test given, and sent packing. I followed up in MyChart asking for an antibiotic because I'm still ill and was told they'd be happy to see me again at urgent care if I wanted an antibiotic. This absolutely seems like a nefarious and unethical billing practice. I made an appointment with primary care to find out I have strep and a sinus infection and was given an antibiotic. It must be nice to have a business model where you do absolutely nothing and bill insurances hundreds of dollars and then extort patients for antibiotics.
