Worst place to move in Bad service I was there for three year . Move out from there recently I clean the place like new.there was no damage nothing return When I return key . 2 month later they sending me letter saying was not clean good left damage sending me bill for $660 be careful everybody things happen there

I wish I didn't have to move. I was only here for a year but this property is a great/prime location in the heart of Parkville. The neighbors are great and the townhomes are nice. Washer and dryer is included in unit! It's Pet friendly and a quiet community. The Property staff are very kind and responsive. I didn't have any pest issues while living here.

This place is literally going down hill they have one guy that does everything second this is the third time this building has flooded and have water damages but that’s not all they have people grilling on the porch and please don’t move …We are sorry that you are experiencing a back up in the building. Our maintenance team is working on getting the problem resolved immediately. Plumbers are scheduled to come out as soon as possible.
