I've several times ND every time I tell myself I'm not going back. they have little real direction and are sloppy. you would think a Huge benefit of a school would be a questionnaire of the experience of the customer after the e penitence to improve the learning. this time I had so much dye on my face. when they clip your hair up they don't clip close to your scalp so it hangs and pulls your hair and hurts. they don't hold your head when washing underneath and itseems like NO ONEis teaching them these techniques. sooo disappointing

Kat was amazing. I only have had my mom do my hair, but she lives in Hawaii so that wasn't an option. I went in and kat made my hair better then I could have ever imagined! I'm absolutely obsessed!!!

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. On the day of my appointment they couldn't find my name. It turns out the hair stylist who was recommended to me was out on "indefinite leave". Why hadn't anyone called to cancel my appointment? They weren't sure. Could someone else cut my hair since I did have an appointment? Nope- they were overbooked. Can I get someone qualified to do the same cut next week- nope they are already booked. I won't be going back
