WOW their Return Policy is AMAZING! A month after my purchase, I used the product, and threw away packaging and receipt. I was still able to exchange it in store for a less expensive product AND received the difference on a gift card! They looked up my purchase history in my Sally account to confirm the receipt. Easy! Such a great brick&mortar store to support! Staff members are knowledgeable and fashionable :)
