The website says they open at 7:30am. That’s a lie. No one will talk to you until 8am, and the the doctors or nurses don’t show up until 9(allegedly) i didn’t stick around to find out. Try calling, no one picks up either. I already did telehealth a week ago with my insurance provider and I need to see someone in person. I show up in person to the office and the manager let me know that they can’t let me in because of Covid protocols. So if i would have lied and said i feel fine, they would have let me in… I’ve been a patient there for years and they wouldn’t even let me into the office. This place is only good for scheduling an appointment months in advance to get blood work done. Oh, and even then, you’ll get the NP, not the doctor to tell you what the results are. Good luck…

Things have really changed with this Dr’s office. Regardless of when you call for any reason you are on hold for at least 20 minutes! Went in for annual physical and they made me wait for an hour. I had been fasting the entire morning and they didn’t seem to care. Said that they couldn’t draw the blood until after I saw the Dr. Take on less patients and care for the ones that you have! I’m looking for another Dr!

Dr. Beth Braver is one of those rare doctors who will listen, actually hear you, and chat before offering a “diagnosis”. She is calm, patient, understanding and easy to talk to. In my experience, I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen. She is in demand, so plan ahead if you want an appointment with her. Her team is also nice. The office offers a large variety of services, making it quite convenient.
