The communicator I spoke with was sassy and unhelpful, while I was reporting a fraud in progress. I couldn't even get a report filed.

Someone hit my car on Aventura. Run away. Police do not accept the claim because i moved for that intersection. I called police. I go to Aventura POLICE dpt. An officer come and said can't take the claim because i moved from place where accident happened( a very busy interception) I take license plate of other car. My conclusion. Aventura Police is there to take care of FELONS.

The worst police department in all of Florida! Stay out of Aventura they have red light cameras everywhere. Also, they have very high quotas with tickets to give. PO J Martin has no compassion what so ever. If you do not have to go to Aventura please avoid at all costs!$ $179 ticket for turning on a green light.

I doubt there is a worse police system that the one in Aventura. Instead of focusing on the actual dangerous drivers, shooters and thieves out there they focus on screwing people over for expired registrations or for forgetting to turn the lights on... all the police officers want is money and their commission. No wonder this is becoming such a corrupt, dangerous country. Aventura police officers don’t want to keep their citizens safe, they just want money. Shame on you, you people are unethical and irresponsible and are certainly not doing your job well.

Found a large set of keys on the intersection between 207th and 34th St. We place them on the large orange cones that are in the middle of the intersection so cars wouldn't run over them.
