Super duper attentive staff. Wide selection of items especially if you're in a pinch and in need of very specific plumbing fitting, electrical hardware and/or special bolts and nuts. Seems like the staff has been there for ages. You ask them for a specific item and if they carry it they will tell you not just what aisle the item is in, but on which shelve and what other items above, beneath and next to the item to make it that much easier for you to find it. Surely enough if they notice that you may have located the item they waste no time in getting it for you so that you don't have to go back looking for it.

Today I was shocked 😲 and surprised to know that there was an ACE hardware store beside Office Depot. I never paid attention to it until the Office Depot went out of business 😕 😢 🙄 😞 anyway I needed duck tape and I was able to find it. The moral of the story pay attention to your surroundings..
