This is the worst customer service experience I've had! Kathy is apparently the manager at this location. She is rude and doesn't know anything. She talks to other associates while customers are asking for help. Kathy talks about customers in Spanish with a heavy accent and complains about the customers to the other associate. She was applying makeup on herself while the customers are waiting at the checkout.Two of the Sephora girls were talking one side. Get rid of these employees!! I have complained to corporate about these individuals.

The customer service isn't all that great if you are young or don't have on makeup. I go into this sephora about 2 times a week, soon more because I will be working in the mall. On a few occasions I have been subtly followed. Most times people don't ask if I need help and its kinda irritating. Store is usually clean and organized. Music isnt too loud but sometimes the customers are very boisterous. During unexpected rushed, check out takes a while but there is enough mini products you look pass that. As a makeup enthusiast and future MUA I like the relaxed feel of the store. Just wish I wasn't overlooked for looking so young or followed sometimes (by the older women in the store).
