Should be zero stars. Understaffed counter- had to wait 45 minutes right at the open to find out that the 1) didn’t have the minivan I reserved and 2) didn’t have any car seats which I also reserved. What is the point of making a reservation for something you do not have or offer?! Absolute joke. Do not rent here, especially with families!
