Realtor here :) Great location! Nice spacious floor plans. Very competitively priced units, especially since the price does include technology package. But it is always about people, who work with you and for you. As a real estate professional, I was impressed with the level of professionalism. Laura Herman was my Lease specialist. She had answers for ALL my questions, and I had a few, believe me, being that I was "the eyes" of my overseas clients :) Laura was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, courteous, and these are the exact kind of people you want to see in the office. I felt welcomed and appreciated. I was not rushed. Will definitely keep this place on my radar for future clients. Thank you. P.S. GREAT place to live. Great location in close proximity to everything. Camden Aventura has a TERRIFIC team in the office (Alison, Charmaine, Christina and Jennifer) all of whom have assisted us, as well as a super efficient maintenance team (Diego, Patricio and the rest); the entire Camden team is dedicated to helping tenants solve resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. There is also a wide array of amenities including the pools, cookout facilities, a dog park... and the marina is gorgeous; finally, very nice tenant community all respectful of one other.

The rent value is great with all the amenities it offers, and the one bedroom apartment is the most spacious compared to others I looked. Alison is one of the best assistants we have dealt with, ever! She made everything beyond easy for us. We moved here from a different state and she made sure everything was in place for us when we got here.
