You must go to NJ DMV .gov find a location that let's you get get a license. Not all locations give licenses. If think Randolph, NJ does them, but you MUST make an appointment online @ NJ DMV .gov......Make sure when you go to the location you have your 6 points, or you will be turned away!

Jeanette Pastore our friend Herbert Nicholas seems to given you what your looking for. From my knowledge, paperwork showing you as the title holder is what you'll need mainly. So have bank sign title over to you then take that title and fill in your part and bring to dmv for new title in your name. Bring your license as well.

My daughter needed her Permit. we Got there the night beforehand and was still not the first one in line. It was on a Wednesday in the middle of October. Yes in Randolph DMV. They only take the number of tickets they have. Less then two hundred. we had tried previously arriving before they opened. the line was wrapped around the building both times by 7am

If you don't need a RealID license, do it online. If you do need a RealID, then you have to do it in person. Randolph office does licenses but no vehicle transactions.
