How does the process of going in to take a written (knowledge) test work? I know we have to make an appointment, but do we still need to arrive early and receive any distrubuted tickets, or do they not do that anymore?

Is no ticket distribution. You need to go to their website, make a appointment. They won't let you in before your appointment. So don't get there to early

I believe you do still need to go to the site but I don't know if they changed the ticket distribution due to covid.
