They only process licenses and driving tests by prior appointment.
I MAY be wrong, but I don't think Randolph is doing registrations. Only licenses and driving tests. I believe Newton does registration. Whatever you do, check the website!! It's all SO confusing, and for a lot of stuff you need an appointment.
