First time at this gym. Ask the One desk employee about a trial for the gym, tells me no, it’s $20 for the day. Funny because they give free trials on the website and almost every other gym. So tells me no and walks away, calls the other employee to help me instead because apparently too busy organizing a box. Other desk employee helps me when I pull up a free trial I had. Facility is big and lots of activities. But could use better cleaning stations for equipment. Some equipment is old looking and weights lying around everywhere out of order. I wouldn’t mind so much but the desk employee is rude and not helpful when part of their job is trying to get members.

Love Esporta! There plenty of equipment and machines, and the employees are always super nice. I took one point off bc it can get hot in the gym (the heat will be on in the spring/fall even when it’s warm out) and people tend to not rerack weights or put things back where they’re supposed to go (my pet peeve lol) but aside from that I love this gym!

I’m starting to get very angry with this gym now. Overall layout of the gym is great I’ve been at this location since 2015 and I’ve never left. Under new management it’s become so crowded since there is an unlimited guest pass and the majority of people who come don’t even have a membership. It gets so overcrowded I can’t get any sort of a workout in without spending atleast 2-3 hours here. It’s annoying. I’m about to switch gyms soon over this. It’s definitely not worth the membership price anymore. If my membership price can’t be lowered somehow or this problem doesn’t get fixed soon I’m going to switch gyms. I’m sick and tired of it!
