Terrible service. Went there twice to try to get a covid test, not at peak times, booked ahead both times, and each time I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line with several other cars and no movement at all. Had to leave without being tested. Called to ask when to come back and they put me on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. Awful service. No organization. Total waste of everyone's time. I saw at least four other cars skip their appointments while I was waiting, too.

Never ever going back here, waited in the drive through for 30 mins for nothing… had an appointment for Covid 19 test, which I’ve done before in other cvs locations. Literally took 5 mins….. here after waiting 30 mins, was asked if I can come back in 10 mins 🤣… I had enough I was already thinking about taking off while waiting that was it…

Probably the worst CVS that I've had the displeasure of having to frequent. Was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up and hung up on their pharmacy hold music torture line. You will always find a lime of cars at their drive thru. Expect to wait.

I've worked in customer service for over 25 years so I know how to treat customers and how to help them when they don't know what they are doing. This CVS has to be the worst. The staff needs to be retrained or something needs to be done. I've seen the bad attitude towards other customers and it's happened to me plenty. Unfortunately this is the closest CVS but I might just have to take the longer ride to find a better pharmacy. I am available if you want me to retrain your staff.
