Kenny was AMAZING! Before coming here, we went to a post office in Prospect and had a bad experience. We were just trying to gain some information on renewing our passports. I ended up setting up an appointment and Kenny was very helpful. The other post office made it seem like my fiancé didn’t need an appointment but Kenny guided us in a right direction. He didn’t have an appointment but was still assisted. Even though it only took a few minutes, Kenny didn’t mind helping out. While at the other post office, we were just sent away with the wrong application. Super grateful for the staff here!

I deal with the same thing with them. They deliver to the wrong address and when they realize it or get told they just deny and act as if it's kot there because stole it. It's clearly gotten so bad that you're not even able.to contact them directly because they were getting soany calls every single day with that same issue
