My husband I moved to Flora and were assisted by Matt and Ayshe with the process from application to move-in. They were both very helpful and patient with all the questions we had. The apartment complex is quiet, clean, and well managed. The maintenance team, Sam and Joseph are very nice and friendly and resolve all maintenance requests we have quickly. This is the best managed complex I have lived in and the grounds are well kept. They are pet friendly and have community events for every season! I have no complaints.

My boyfriend and I recently moved into a Flora Condominium apartment this January and the whole process of touring the property, applying, and moving into our apartment was extremely seamless and smooth! We adore the layout of our apartment, the gated parking space, the prime location, and the responsiveness and proactiveness of the community management. We have been with Flora for over a year now and have nothing but great things to say. The wonderful maintenance staff is always quick to reply, our management consists of quick and effective communication, and the environment itself is so tranquil. My fiancé and I both work from home and there’s never been a time where noise or random issues were a problem. We can always wake up and look forward to a quiet work day! In terms of offerings, we ourselves don’t have pets but have many neighbors who do and it’s great to see such a pet friendly community. Our laundry facility and gym are always in great clean condition. Recently, management implemented more safety measures for packages to be delivered safely to our door steps which have been greatly appreciated. As rise in crime goes up, we feel safe knowing our apartment community is well taken care of with these measures. When we initially wanted to move to the area we also tried to contact Meridian across the street. They took our deposit and never communicated with us again. It was such an awful experience, but Flora’s team helped us secure a wonderful home the very next day. Thanks so much to our team for all that you do!

It’s been almost a month since move-in and it’s been amazing so far. Location is great - literally 2min from the CA-24 freeway and only 5min from 680 or downtown Walnut Creek. The Flora team was super helpful throughout the process. I did a tour with Matt maybe 2-3 weeks prior to moving in and he was so informative and helpful during that process. He was and still is extremely responsive to all of my questions and made my first apartment experience easy peezy. Also, special shout out to Sam, their Services Manager, and the maintenance crew who has handled every request of mine so quickly!! Flora is such a peaceful place to live. If only there was an elevator (for those large Costco runs) and an in-unit washer/dryer, this place would be literally perfect. Overall, very happy with my decision! Thanks Flora team!! =D
