I was charged $5000. I made payments they stopped emailing me they gave me false hope that everything was going to be good. The people I was emailing were no longer there. The lawyer that was post to be assigned sent a letter to my son stating she will no longer be on his case. I finally got a legal aid and after stating that they not doing anything she canceled the case and then sent me a form stating i would not get my retainer fee back. Then told me to email invoice. I then emailed again back after 4 months they told me i wouldn't get any of my money back. They didn't give me no breakdown or anything. How can i get at less some of my money back to get my son a lawyer he has less than a year? I need HELP

Yes John Lucas. They lied and never returned my calls. They knew the deadline because I told them and they lied to the BBB. I am contacting the BBB to send them all of the information on the me reaching out to them and they screened my calls and ignored me. They knew time was of the essence yet agreed to file my appeal. They 100% stole $4000 from me and made zero effort. You may get paid for responding to these reviews, but the rest of us have been stolen from. I will not stop until my money is returned. Descent human beings don't steal from people. The National Freedom Project continues to still thousands from their victims.

I paid them 2500.00 to represent my son's appeal. My son had to send in his own brief. I also had to pay for the transcripts. They done nothing in my son's case. I haven't heard anything from them. And the 2 numbers that are provided are saying temporarily out of service.
