I wish I can give no star at all. Receptionist is so rude on the phone and also when I went there. I called them to check when I should come for my new job drug test, they told me four hours waiting time and no appointment. I went there around 4 pm, and the guy on the front desk told me the same thing 4 hours wait, I told him, I am a pharmacist and I need this drug test for my new job and can not wait 4 hours. Also, why would I need to wait for hours for a simple drug test, while I did not go there for getting urgent care... You guys take money for this test and you agreed to handle it with Epassport, then why you mix the drug test people with the urgent care patients???? can you think a little bit and come up with a better solution ??? otherwise, just do not do it. I went to Concentra Medical Center and they did it for me in 5 minutes!!!!! Also, why did the person on the front desk took my social security number? the other center I went to did not do that, you guy are super bad and I will report you 100%

To be clear, the staff within the building did a fine job and I have no complaints about that. My big issue was the check-in process. I was the first one in the building when it opened and I checked in on my phone within 2-3 minutes and it somehow took 1hr 35 min for me to get called.... The whole registration process needs some help. There were a lot of elderly people there without smart phones and they were clearly very frustrated trying to figure out how to check in. I ended up helping out 4 different people using my phone but there has got to be a better way. Maybe some kind of heavy duty tablet that can be wiped down in between uses. Any improvement would be great. Again, the medical staff did great, it was the check-in/ registration process that was brutal.

I like this service. The only downfall is 2 hour wait. They don't schedule appointments. My PAC was absolutely great. Spoke clearly and made sure I understood what was going on

Wait was way to long and if it’s gonna be that long they should tell you at the window when you sign in

I have a medical plan, how much do I have to pay if I need my results in 3 days?

Florence Gonzalez | Sep 22, 2021
MedExpress Urgent Care | Sep 22, 2021

When you visit MedExpress for a COVID-19 evaluation and testing, we will collect your co-pay and bill your insurance for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our medical professionals. If a COVID-19 test is ordered on your behalf, it will be an additional cost determined by your insurance company. Many health insurance companies across the country have stated that they will cover the full cost of any testing for COVID-19. However, if you have questions or concerns about your specific insurance plan, it is always a good idea to check with your insurance company to learn more. For those without insurance, self-pay services for the medical evaluation and treatment received from our MedExpress providers start at $119-$139 based on the state you are located in. This price does not include any fees incurred by our lab partner, LabCorp.

In order to ensure individuals receive the highest-quality care and treatment, all individuals seeking care at MedExpress for known or suspected COVID-19 cases will receive an examination by a MedExpress health care professional who will determine if testing is needed and which testing method may be most appropriate, including rapid antigen and laboratory send-out PCR COVID-19 testing. Please note that for the most accurate COVID-19 test results, the CDC and the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) recommend that individuals who are not showing symptoms, but who have had close contact with an individual who has tested positively for COVID-19, wait five to seven days after the known exposure to get a COVID-19 test. Additionally, the CDC and AAFP recommend self-quarantining for 14 days after a known exposure to COVID-19, even if no symptoms are present.
