Brought in a urine specimen. Geisinger stated they did not get the work order. The Doctor had confirmation they did. They asked me the Doctor's name 3 times. They were very rude taking the specimen. This was about the 4th time I had to deal with these dummies.

Utterly subpar. Went in yesterday morning with UTI symptoms, was promised a call back today with the results and a prescription, because you know, you don’t really want to let these things go, and heard nothing. Called around 3pm today and was told the results had not yet been reviewed by the doctor. Mind you, this is after getting the wrong meds at the urgent care next to Weis six weeks ago for the same issue. I spent the last two weeks overseas eating cranberry pills and chugging water, and now I guess I get to spend this weekend doing the same, and hoping it doesn’t turn into something worse. Thanks for nothing!

I've been through geisinger along time. But there are a few issues when the doctors are overwhelmed. Like waiting a month or more for your breathing meds get renewed at the pharmacy. RIDICULOUS PLUS the pain left from my surgery for my arms and hands is insane. You have to beg them to get something to help just to function in a day. Maybe someday I won't have to live in pain, it's been over a year and still nothing. I thought doctors was here to help. Hmmm
