I don't live here and didn't wind up renting here - but I've been searching for a place to live in the Bay Area and Matt at The Atrium was wonderful to work with. He was super kind and accommodating and very transparent about the community and the rental process. The tour was really great and he was super easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions. I wound up choosing a place in Oakland, but if I had decided to live in Walnut Creek I definitely would have chosen to live at The Atrium.

I lived several years in Atrium (since 2015) and really liked it. It is a quiet/safe community and they are constantly updating and improving the facilities and the units. The team is always very responsive and friendly. The office team (Matt and Ayshe) are super helpful, from answering questions (phone, email, in person) to picking up mail/packages when I've been out of town, and even watering plants. The maintenance team (Sam, Ernesto, Joseph) are super fast, they respond to requests in a timely manner and keep the common areas in great shape. The whole staff is lovely and they even organize seasonal community events. They also make the process to transfer units very easy once you live there, which is an added bonus for flexibility. Overall I highly recommend living at Atrium for the location, facilities and staff.

We love living at Atrium! Great location -- close to downtown, close to BART, close to the 24/680. Very dog friendly. The property managers Matt/Ayshe go out of their way to help (they've even helped me walk my dog). Super responsive maintenance. Valet trash is a nice touch too. Street parking isn't too bad (there is always back up parking on Oakland). Complex is pretty quiet as a whole. Would definitely recommend!

We recently just signed our second year lease with Atrium Downtown and we have only positive things to say about our experience living in this apt complex. Matt and Darren in the leasing office are so easy and fun to deal with when we’ve had things come up we’ve needed taken care of they’re on top of it and it doesn’t just stop there they always follow up with us to make sure things were taken care of and taken care of promptly! :) Sam, the community maintenance “fixer upper” has always fixed anything that’s come up usually within hours. My husband and I have moved around quite a bit with both of our jobs and we both agree that this has been our most favorite community to be apart by far!!! If you’re looking for a place to not only call home but feel at home with the community and your neighbors, look no further- Atrium Downtown is exactly what you’re looking for!!
