DO NOT MOVE: It will be pain full when you move out. They will charge every penny from your security deposit and more if possible. I moved out did a through carpet vacuumed, However which needs to be shampooed. But for that they will charge for Heavy cleaning. They will take away all your deposit by hook or crook. It is expected normal wear and tear in apartment when occupied for almost 2 years and they will say we expected to get the apartment back as we gave. I throughly cleaned up before leaving. Still they will charge for everything.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If your care AT ALL about your money and Good communication from Management, this is NOT the place for you. I have moved a lot over the past years to different complexes and by far this is the worst place imaginable. For the price it is in a good location, however, for 100 dollars more you would get a way better deal. Trust me when I say this, it is not worth moving into this complex for a low budget. I have experienced management coming into my unit without notice, messing with my mail, and hid important information to get more money out of me. Please do take my words lightly. I do not want anyone to experience what I have gone through with this complex, not even my worst enemy.

The price and location might be appealing but don’t do it! They will find a way to not get you your deposit back. They’ve done this with 3 other tenants I know as well. Not only did they refuse to give our deposit back but they are charging us some money as well. The entire time I lived there they were all extremely rude and unwilling to help out. Kenny is the only exception to this. I never write reviews but had to for this since it was so terrible. The parking situation is also awful. You are guaranteed to not find a spot if you get there after 6pm. Guests had to park down the block and walk or get a lyft since it was so bad.

I lived here for 9 months and the moved to another place. The place itself is good, but the leasing office manager is really mean woman. When you check out from this apartment, she will try her best to capture any tiny thing in your apartment so that she can withhold as much money from your deposit as possible. When I was there, my deposit was $800 and they only refund me $250 even after I did a thorough cleaning. Be aware of this and get ready to say goodbye to your deposit when you sign the lease.
