Hello my name is Melissa G (apartment 607)I just wanted to start by saying Dave the maintenance man at the bridge is absolutely amazing! I didn’t have a ton of issues but when I did he was always readily available and fixed everything 100%! He has always been very pleasant and professional and I appreciate how subtle he was with my cat. She is super sensitive to noise and he always approached our apartment quietly to be considerate of the cat. She absolutely loved him from the beginning and normally would just go hide when other people came over. I have lived in several different apartments and never knew such a kind hard-working considerate maintenance man ever!
