Don’t bother cleaning up before you move out. Literally make no effort. They’ll charge you at least 3/4 of your deposit either way.

The place is comfortable to stay overall. Areas for improvement: The communication between staff and tenants is terrible. Staff are really rude to tenants. If you are looking to get an apartment here - do your homework ahead of time and check their website, as most of their information is available. Initially it was not. They will charge you additional useless fees when you move out. I was charged an additional fees for charges which I previously paid for. Management is terrible. Maintenance service is decent.

Terrible place. Truly deserves 0 stars. Not transparent with their vacancies and prices online like the nearby properties. Employees are very friendly until you sign the lease. The rents are surprisingly high for the quality of apartments. Some of their apartments have lower rents, but have a poorly designed layout where the bedroom is along the hallway. Noise travels easily along the walls and ceiling. Trash and compost areas are dirty and hazardous. Gym and pool are poorly maintained. Pet droppings are everywhere. They don't clean them regularly. Safety is an issue as well. Gates are not closed during the day. They advertise that they have security personnel on site, but they didn't have any at the gate for the whole of last year. Worst of all, they do use the move out as an income opportunity. I got the apartment cleaned thoroughly and I'm attaching pictures below. They still charged over $200 as cleaning fee. When you speak to them, they act as if the security deposit is their money. Rude, unprofessional and dishonest management. There are much better alternatives nearby, would recommend staying away from this one.

Very poor experience when it came to moving out of the apartments. Move out inspection was conducted without looking properly into the homes and putting random comments. When I moved out of the apartments I took the entire video of the apartment how neat and clean it was, still, the property managers charged for medium clean. Thinks too highly of their property. When called the property management office to dispute the charges, they were very rude. I told them the apartment was left very clean, they mentioned that we still had to go through cleaning and the apartment should be left in move-in ready condition, and also mentioned that they took pics of unclean places for records. I requested the managers to share the photographs related to medium clean charged and they were very rude in responding back that they don't share any pics since those are confidential. Property managers charged over $500 as move-out charges, and when I asked that's too many changes, then their response was if you are unable to pay they will send the case to the collection agency. The only motivation to give a good rating would be Paul in the leasing office who was very prompt and helpful. We have added the pics of the cleaned apartment.
