I know a lot of dealerships have really taken excessive advantage of customers during the past few years with all the supply constraints and scarcity that has resulted, and that greed behavior typically only increases a few notches when trying to find an EV in that usually even more supply-constrained and hot market, but that is not my experience here. I ordered a Mach-e online in December of 2021 for delivery at Ford Walnut Creek based on their pricing (no over-MSRP markups at time of order, unlike the other two Ford dealerships in the same area at that time) combined with their excellent online reviews. They were the clear choice both on price and reviews then, and that has been my experience as well. John Walker was my main point of contact and he called me the day after (I ordered the prior evening) to say he confirmed the order and that he would be there for me for questions at any time and would provide progress updates throughout, and he did did just that. John was great, and at time of final pickup & purchase finalization, he was was very knowledgeable about the vehicle features and provided us a fairly detailed walk-through including app pairing, etc. He was very easy to work with, patient, efficient and made the final paperwork process straightforward and pain-free. The other people I have dealt with that day and since have also been great. This dealership in general was not only a rarer-these-days honest broker, but they went above and beyond because my vehicle had really not even entered production... what happened was another buyer's Mach-e came in, but they changed their mind, and because the vehicle was essentially an identical match for trim, color, features, etc, they proactively reached out and offered it to me with no extra "market adjustment"! In my eyes, that puts Ford Walnut Creek in the extreme upper echelons of ethics and morality. They could have just sold it almost immediately for $10-$15k over MSRP if they had wanted to, but they apparently have very very high standards and integrity and are sincere about providing truly great customer service... they apparently would rather do the right thing by their customers, which is sadly rather shocking these days. Ford Walnut Creek is obviously playing the long-game, knowing that extremely meaningful gestures like this builds untold goodwill in their customers. I told them even though the Concord Ford is closer, I'd always have all my servicing done at Walnut Creek because of how I was treated during the whole process along this journey. My time writing this review is also something I do with a happy heart full of sincere goodwill toward them also... I try to recognize excellent deserving businesses, and Walnut Creek Ford is definitely one of those in my eyes. Thank you John Walker and thank you to the management and team of Ford Walnut Creek for your integrity, fairness, and your current and apparent long-standing dedication to providing great customer service. Duly noted for any of my Ford vehicle purchasing and servicing needs into the future, as well as for sincerely enthusiastic referrals to family, friends, and others! ( ... and the Mach-e has been epic so far, I couldn't be happier with it! Blessed and grateful, I... and I'm hoping many others can soon own EV's, they are game-changers in most regards, for most use-cases )

PAUL our salesman was excellent with his service. We connected with him in March 2022 and he kept us updated about our vehicle delivery all through till we were handed the car in July. He patiently explained the features and answered all the questions. Helped set up the profiles. The dealership here did not add any markup price to the MSRP and Infact accommodated the rebates. KATHLEEN from finance explained the add-ons tailored to our needs and use and helped us get the best deals with promotional discounts We are glad our family dealt with the dealers from WalnutCreek. Will definitely recommend them.

Amazing experience from start to finish! Robert was incredibly helpful throughout the process of reserving, tracking and receiving our Mustang Mach-e. Our delivery was delayed and he helped us get one that was a cancelled order in time for our road trip. Can’t speak highly enough of his professionalism and willingness to answer all of our questions. He even went above and beyond by showing us the car’s features upon delivery. The finance team was also great to work with. We’ll be back and will purchase all our future Fords at Walnut Creek Ford thanks to this stellar experience.

I was very pleased at the overall service, the professionalism, the friendliness. I was taken aback on how great they were from the service to the front desk to the initial phone call. i did not like going to dealerships because they were slow and not very pleasant or detailed. I will be going back to WC ford, even though it is not in my area, just because of the great, great service!!!!

Varies per vehicle. They are usually competitive for most basic service work.
C.E.B. is on the money. And if you cant find the paperwork you shoukd 1) a go to the originating dealership or 2) harass the hell out of ford customer service so they can produce the documents

They're good for at least 10 years from date of installation. Check with your vehicle manufacture some last as long as 15 years
